RETURNSHIP PROGRAMME
TALENT ATTRACTION / DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION – EXTERNAL FOR WEB AND SOCIAL
Our client needed to promote a recruitment scheme with a difference. Targeted at experienced hires, they had piloted a Returnship Programme in the US, for people who had taken a career break. We followed two women who had given up work for different reasons – one to raise her daughter and the other to care for her mother, and then faced the the challenges of returning to work.
BP have re-launched the Returnship Programme for 2020, with this film as the flagship. Variations of the film have also been produced to highlight the company’s approach to issues around diversity and inclusion for International Women’s Day.
